METRONIDAZOLE (an active ingredient) is an antiinfective. But it will not work for colds, flu, or other viral infections, also this medication will not treat a vaginal yeast infection.

Levofloxacin is in a group of antibiotics called fluoroquinolones. It is used to treat bacterial infections that cause bronchitis, pneumonia, chlamydia, gonorrhea, skin infections, urinary tract infections, etc. It will not work for colds, the flu, or other viral infections.
