Generic Clindamycin - Acnetop Gel, Cleocin, Clindagel, Benzac, Benzoyl, Lincocin

Acnetop® Gel is a combination medicine that is used to treat acne. It minimizes excessive oil production, thus reducing inflammation. It also prevents the growth of the microorganisms that cause acne.

Generic Cleocin is used for treating serious infections caused by certain bacteria.

Clindagel (for the skin) is used to treat severe acne in adults and children who are at least 12 years old.

Generic Benzac gel is used for treating acne.

Generic Benzoyl gel is used for treating acne.

Lincocin is an antibiotic that fights bacteria. Lincocin is used to treat severe bacterial infections in people who cannot use penicillin antibiotics. Lincocin is used only for a severe infection. This medicine will not treat a viral infection such as the common cold or flu. Lincocin may also be used for purposes not listed in this medication guide.
